📄 Subscription Cancellation Policy

Thank you for subscribing to our products/services. We want to make managing your subscription as simple and transparent as possible. This policy explains how subscription cancellations work with our store.


🔁 1. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by using the customer portal provided in your subscription emails or by logging into your account on our website.

  • Look for the “Manage Subscriptions” or “Subscription Portal” link in your subscription notification email.

  • From the portal, click Cancel Subscription to stop future charges. (Seal Subscriptions)

📆 2. Cancellation Timing and Billing

  • Cancellations are effective immediately for future billing cycles.

  • You will not be billed again after cancellation is processed.

  • Charges that have already been processed cannot be reversed once the billing cycle has begun.

Example: If you cancel a subscription that renews on the 1st of the month and request the cancellation on the 15th of the prior month, you will not be charged on the upcoming renewal date.


💳 3. Refunds

  • Subscription charges that have already been billed are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

  • Refund exceptions are handled case-by-case at our discretion.

Customers can log into the customer portal via:

  • The magic link sent to the email you used to subscribe, or

  • By logging into your account on our store and navigating to Manage Subscriptions. (Seal Subscriptions)

From the portal you can:

  • Cancel your subscription

  • Pause or resume (if enabled)

  • Update subscription preferences

📌 6. Important Notes

  • Cancellation does not automatically remove you from promotional emails — if you wish to unsubscribe from marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any promotional email.

  • We recommend requesting cancellations at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid accidental renewals.
